Screenshots does not work

My Lumia 640 makes a click sound when clicking the volume up and power button, but does not save a screenshot anywhere. I have checked the sd card, one drive, and phone pictures, but there is nothing to be found. Help please!

First of all, what version of Windows Phone/Mobile are you on? 8.1 or 10?

Running windows 8.1

It saves it under \Pictures\Screenshots, and not in the Camera Roll or Saved Pictures. Check that location.

Move your photos from SD card to Phone that should fix it
