SD card troubles

Hi,
I have a Lumia 640, recently updated to the W10 Preview.
Problem I'm seeing is my SD card (32GB) sometimes isn't registering after a restart.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or should I invest in a new SD card?

Have tried to remove e reinsert simply? On my 520 often after a reboot asks for a sd check: press ok and let him do it

I'm having troubles with this also on my 640.
I have a SanDisk 128GB in the phone.

Simple insert/remove wasn't working on a permanent basis. I just find the best outlet is to keep restarting until it works.

It's sometimes not the card but the OS itself. I usually perform a hard reset on the phone and format the card (exFAT) before using them together.

It should be the OS platform SW issue, not the Lumia 640 device issue, my Lumia 640(Win 10) is the same.

in older Win 10 preview build, it even needs to re-install Apps after restart if my apps installed on external SD card
