G George you New member Oct 9, 2015 27 0 0 Oct 10, 2015 #7 It should be the OS platform SW issue, not the Lumia 640 device issue, my Lumia 640(Win 10) is the same. in older Win 10 preview build, it even needs to re-install Apps after restart if my apps installed on external SD card
