Secure Wifi Connection Problems

I have trouble connecting to the secure network-- you're supposed to enter a password, but the password dialog box doesn't appear-- it just says, "Cannot connect to xxxx network."

It looks like this morning my Lumia 1520 decided to stop connecting to my work wireless networks (all of them). A soft reset didn't work. Not sure how to fix it since I have zero control over the wifi here.
