selective email checking by day/account

One feature I really miss from Android is the ability to selectively check email accounts on various days. In my particular case, I don't want to check my work email automatically on Sunday.

Is there any way to set this up? I've not been able to figure it out. Thanks in advance for any guidance, and apologies if this is obvious.

As far as I can tell the answer would be no. You can set the email account to manual under email settings that way it only syncs when you want it to.

This may change in the future but this is how things are currently. We're hoping for a lot with WP8.1.
