I'm having great difficulty setting up a POP email account on a new Nokia 520.
It's my wife's phone, and it should be polling a sub-account on my ISP's mail server - this is configured as accountname+username .
However, it polls the main account.
Even worse, it removes the mails from the server and I can't find any means of choosing whether or not the mail should be deleted.
I set this up all of this without any difficulty on an Android phone.
I deleted the POP account and then found that the mail tile has disappeared from the home screen.
I've now spent almost three hours on a task that I thought would take 5 minutes, so any guidance would be gratefully received.
