Yeah I'm know transparent tiles came in WP8.1 but not all tiles are transparent. Like Twitter. But I see some start screens here with Twitter transparent.

Transparency Tiles (there are others too) for 8.1 for some of the tiles like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
I am REALLY liking the 10 start screens though!
