Shared Notifications Windows 10 Anniversary Update don't show up on PC

Hi Everyone.
I have the Anniversary Update on my PC and the last build of Redstone on my Lumia 640 XL but i cannot receive notifications on PC, can you help me? Is there something I'm getting wrong?

have you enabled cortana, or enabled notif sync on cortana settings?
