Does it come with mini display port to hdmi cord? Or we have to buy that separately too?

All cords ordered separately....was wondering though, does anyone make a mini display adapter that has both VGA and HDMI in the same adapter? I can't seem to find one...I use both regularly at work/when I travel. As long as you were only using one or the other, doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to make an end that had both options.

I just use an HDMI/DVI adapter along with my DP/HDMI adapter. You could do the same with VGA.

Any Canadian pre-orderers got shipping notification yet? Mine is sitting at Order In Process as well

I got a shipping notification this morning around 5:30 AM (EST). Live in Ottawa, ON. UPS tracking indicates a shipping label has been generated but the product hasn't been officially entered into their system. I will give an update when that happens w/ my estimated time of arrival. Also it appears that the Pro 3 is shipping in the same box as my type cover (blue).

No notifications as yet. Just checked my Microsoft store account as well - nothing as yet. I must have been amongst the very first to order at the stroke of midnight hour on 20-21 May...and that seems like a long long time ago...cannot wait more!!!

Crud - just got email from BofA about unusual credit activity which means they put a hold on my MS Store charge. Got to call them right now!

UPDATE: Also got notification from the Microsoft Store to update my payment info, so while I had BofA on the phone, I put it through again, and it cleared. I sure hope this didn't screw up my place in the queue though. I'll be very unhappy if it did.

Oddly, every single time I try to put a charge through on that card to the MS store, it has been flagging my account lately. I charge my X-box Music payment to it, and we went through this a few months ago. I thought I had it all straightened out, but now BofA is flagging it again. I asked the rep if they could somehow put into my account that it is an approved vendor. I jokingly told her that ironically, since my husband works for Microsoft, they are the whole reason I'm even able to pay my Visa bill!

I'm in Canada but I have no shipping notification yet. However, thanks to some screwup in their system after I changed my Type Cover order from Cyan to Red last night, I had to call in to have my SP3 order placed again (the last one cancelled itself a few hours after I called in for the Type Cover), so I'm probably at the back of the line as a result.

However, I did receive a notification about my credit card not being authorized this morning, had to call the credit card company to let the charge go through. Nothing from the MS Store though, apart from both the SP3 and the Type Cover showing as "In process" now.

I ordered mine within minutes of midnight EST on May 20 through the MS store online. I'm sure I wasn't the first, but I had to be pretty darned close.

Not only does mine still say "in process," but my red keyboard now shows backordered. (It did not say that when I ordered.) I'm willing to wait and see what happens, but I'm going to be mightily ticked off if a bunch of other people who ordered later than me get their red keyboards on release date and I am stuck waiting for backorder even though I pre-ordered within minutes of pre-orders being accepted.

I bear the blame if I come late to the party, but I don't appreciate being one of the first to arrive and then being pushed to the back of the line.
