Should I adopt WP for my work phone?

GDR3 has not been released officially yet. Its only a preview version so this might change.
This is what I thought, too, until I listened to last week's Windows Weekly podcast. In it, Greg Sullivan, Director of Windows Phone, states that the bits we received as developers are the same bits that were released to OEMs.

Hello everyone,

I come to your forum with several questions regarding my work phone, which is due an upgrade in a few weeks, and I'm hoping I have found a community as friendly and keen to answer questions as those of Blackberry and Android!

So, a little background...I adopted Android from it's release and am savvy to smartphones and their operating systems. Nonetheless I have always used a Blackberry for work purposes, due mainly to exceedingly good battery life and call quality.

I would appreciate your feedback on WP and it's handsets specifically.

e.g.

Is the call quality on WP generally very good, or does it depend upon the handset?
If I were to adopt WP, is Lumia the way to go?
What is the difference between a Lumia 920, 925 and 1020? (They seem very similar!)
Does WP offer apps which equate to:
-Google Maps
-Google Search
-Chrome
-LinkedIn

The company uses Office 365 which I know integrates excellently with WP, hence the interest. So I doubt there would be any issues with contacts, mail, calendar or reading/editing Office documents?

Can WP handle zips and PDFs too?
What other apps are great for business use on WP?
Most important of all, how is the keyboard? My Blackberry Curve 9320 is exceptional for e-mails, and likewise Android with SwiftKey is brilliant.
Can you install another keyboard?

I'm sure I have more questions...but I'll leave it there.

I appreciate any and all help from the community.m
Is the call quality on WP generally very good, or does it depend upon the handset? no one has ever complained about my call quality being bad unless im in a poor coverage area. they usually think the phone is very clear in regards to quality.
If I were to adopt WP, is Lumia the way to go? i love my lumia i think people just need to try it.
What is the difference between a Lumia 920, 925 and 1020? (They seem very similar!) they all have identical specs, the 1020 has more ram, though the only significant difference is the cameras 1020 41mp pv, 925 aluminum polycarbonate mix 8.7mp pv with six lens, and 920 all polycarbonate shell with various colors with just a 8.7pv cam, though being the owner of 2 out of the three they are all solid choices.
Does WP offer apps which equate to:
-Google Maps-HERE Maps and HERE Drive
-Google Search- Bing Search though there is an application for gsearch if you so desire.
-Chrome-IE 10 which i think could be better though theres a few other browser applications on the market.
-LinkedIn-LinkedIn :D its integrated into the people hub, as well as there being a standalone app for it.

The company uses Office 365 which I know integrates excellently with WP, hence the interest. So I doubt there would be any issues with contacts, mail, calendar or reading/editing Office documents? i havent had any trouble. with anything and contacts are a breeze with an outlook account.

Can WP handle zips and PDFs too? Yes
What other apps are great for business use on WP? There are apps like Lync, yammer, and the ability to install company apps on the phone.
Most important of all, how is the keyboard? My Blackberry Curve 9320 is exceptional for e-mails, and likewise Android with SwiftKey is brilliant. love the keyboard, its the best keyboard. Workflow is the best.
Can you install another keyboard? no currently you cannot change the keyboard.

Hope that helps.

Thanks both for the quick and detailed replies!

It looks like WP is a wise choice. Are there any good leather book flip cases for the 920/925?
i know that the 920 does when i had it. but the 925 is much more difficult to locate cases for. though wpcentral usually posts articles about cases for these phones. im sure if you look long enough on this site you will find one that you like.
