Your posts have a tendency to confuse me. I'm all for short and to the point but you tend to take that a little too far.

What exactly are you trying to say and can you give more detail?

when we click any wp8 on upder side it shows battery level signal bar & if wifi is on that shows after few seconds hid itself my Q actually is that all time any time this label,icon bar stable, alive always!!!

Nope, not possible and not useful. Apps expect that screen estate to be available.
