Sim card hard to put in and out on 950xl is anyone having this difficultly?

Hi guys, finding that the Simcard in the 950XL is extremely fiddly taking it in and out, is this everyone's experience at least I don't need to

Didn't watch the video and have only installed a SIM in my current 950XL, but I bought and returned two 950XLs in Nov 2015 because WM10 was so horrible and seem to recall having trouble removing the SIMs before returning them because I didn't know they released by pushing them in rather than trying to just pull them out.

apart from the camera, I do not know why I own this phone, even the push mechanism is fiddly!
