Since I updated my Lumia 1020 I cannot update my apps due to username
Since I updated my Lumia 1020 I cannot update my apps, my phone previously belonged to someone else, now when the option to sign into my Microsoft account pops when I push "Install" her Username is in the username section and there is no option on that pop up to switch accounts or to change the username. Please could you assist me on how to clear her username? Thanks
