Since the anniversary update after stopping the screensaver, the screen goes to blank

When away from the computer the screensaver comes on. When you try to go back into windows 10 the screen is blank and can only be accessed by doing Control, Alt, Delete.

clicking on the screen doesn't bring the log in screen?
