Skype on SP3

I've noticed that Skype on my SP3 is never as good as my Z30. I usually try with my SP3 but always end up switching to my phone. Both on the same home wifi network. I've been told the picture quality always looks better when I use my phone.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can improve Skype chats on my SP3?

Tnx. But it's also choppy. Picture freezes due to bandwidth, but when I disconnect and use my phone to chat with that same person, I don't have that problem. :/
