slow mo 950xl

I got my Lumia 950 XL yesterday. I update it before using it to avoid any bad experience.
the device feels really good in the hand and never cheap or like that. love the size. Big, but not so big.
OS is really amazing comparing to wp8.1, don't know yet about battery life but it charges FAST.
everything good you heard about this phone is really and didn't expect it to be this much good.
no loading aaps, so fast.
just few thing didn't figure them out yet.
how to make slow motion video?

When you launch the camera app and switch to video mode, there's a bar with icons along the top (landscape). One of these icons is a turtle. That's for triggering the slow motion video mode.

On the video capture screen you click the turtle to get slowmo video.

am I missing something here?
the app is version 2015.1071.71.0
and there isn't update in the store

You're using the default Windows camera app, right? It should be there.

Also a question from me to the slow motion videos, does the resolution I select affect "how slow" the slow motion is?

Like:
4k@30fps --> it records at 120fps so it's 4 times slower???
720p@60fps --> records at 240fps and it's 8 times slower???

or is it always using the same resolution like 1080p recording at 120fps no matter what you select in the options?
Because I set my video resolution to 4k, but when I activate slow mo it says 720p@120fps...

I think slow motion video is limited to 720p or something. It's not connected to the resolution settings.
