SMS transfer

I am thinking of converting over to a MotoX Gen2 to replace a Lumia 920. One hang up is the ability to transfer SMS text from the WP8 device to an Android device. Has anyone found a successful way to transfer the WP8 SMS text to CSV file or found an app that will copy the messages? I did a search but didn't come up with much.

currently Microsoft didn't puBLISH sms/call log API for developers, the only way to do that is to resend them with an email

Thats what I figured. In the conversations they store in Outlook.com, they don't include your responses to text. You only get the incoming text.

the only way is to download the sony tranfer tool, but only works for sony phone
