So No way to run Android apps on W10 Mobile right now?

Awhile back there was a method of running Android apps on Windows 10 phones but then it was shut down...

Will this come back? Why was it shut down? If I could load Android apps onto a 1520 that would just be great.

it was covered a while back but I'll try to put it in a nutshell.

- detrimental to the ecosystem as a whole in the long run

- detrimental to performance for some reason over time

- still didn't work that well, also been done by BB10 and look what happened.

- speculation, but lack of Play Services is a serious handicap, so still no Snapchat or Yik Yak anyway.

it appears to have been at the least, suspended. at the most, canceled and buried.
