Spanish Italian Portugal Surface 2 recovery

Hello, my Surface 2 crashed yesterday with a BSOD while a was charging my phone over USB. It entered a bootloop in which I couldn't access Recovery Partition.
Now I recovered my Surface with a en-GB recovery Image, but parts of my system are in English. Now, I want spanish region recovery image, por language and warranty support, can someone upload it or tell me where I can get this?

P.S: I have opened an RMA in Microsoft Surface Support Center, I think that if i call Microsoft I can cancel that order right?

I am looking for the surface 2 en-GB recovery image. I was wondering where you got it. My surface 2 is Japanese.

Hi, I'm in the same situation of you, my Surface2 is in Portuguese and today entered in infinite boot cycle, just display the logo and reboot.
Did you found an european surface recovery image? The one in the link not allow you to change the language?
