When you use GPS to track a run it shows your route on a map with color coding. Green is snail/slow and red is cheetah /fast. Surely this is backwards. Green is go, red is stop. Green should be faster and red slower!
Lol! It sure worked that day the first time. I felt awesome. Then I realized ....It's to make your feel better after a run. You look at your map and think to yourself "I'm so fast, look at all that green"
