Start button stops responding randomly

This is getting to be frustrating. At least once a day, my start button would stop responding. Both hardware keyboard and capacitive keys. Even the bottom left one o. The home page. It happens almost always after resuming the surface even from a simple screen off.

Rebooting fixes the problem but I have had to do it once a day because of this. Anyone else with this problem?

I'm running the latest nonpreview update.
