Store & Settings apps gone after hard reset, Lumia 640XL (Build 10166)

So I updated my phone to the latest windows 10 mobile build. Everything was perfect, except my accounts and contacts were not synced on the device. Every time I tried it said that the account was already in use. Nothing a hard reset cannot sort, i thought. After the hard reset was complete, only a few apps are being shown. Settings and store are gone. Anyone else had this issue yet? Any work around to the problem?

Hi - there is not any different things you can do accept doing a full rollback to Windows Phone 8.1 using Windows Phone Recorvery Tool OR Lumia Recorvery Tool. This built is stable, but the one that are pervious aren't so they make the OS' apps to go off the phone. Does it say to download the settings app off the store and store off the store?

Waiting for to download recovery tool,don't want windows 10.

Today only installed windows 10 and start screen is not opening as it have to open. It opens after 15 min . Don't know what is the problem
