Strange blurry effect on my photo

Hello,
I've got my L1520 few months ago and I love every aspect of it!
But recently I've noticed that there is a blurry effect on my photo right after I took a picture.
It looks great when I review the photo on Nokia Camera app for first one or two seconds, but after some post processing, all the sharpness of my picture got blurred out.
But then when I view my photos through original Photo app, blurry pictures suddenly get sharpened up. I wonder what's going on.

I've noticed this on my phone as well. I read somewhere in the forums that WP cretes low quality thumbnails, so that's probably it.
