Since the ones in the picture have the FOX News station name and logo on them they probably had them custom made by a skin company. Most skin sites will let you custom make one, just drop a image over the template and drag it around for placement. If they give the dimensions and you have Photoshop you could get really creative with your design. Go Hawks! :grin:
