Surface Pro Photo Storage

Hi
I have migrated across from an Imac to a Surface Pro 4. I have an S8 phone which backs up all my photos in Google Photos. I have a lot of photos in IPhoto {or whatever it is now called] that I want to transfer to the S Pro. Which program is the best for handling photos on the S Pro.
P.S I have no interest in Editing etc

If it's just viewing photos, the default MS photos app works well
