I remember one of the features I liked the most was creating rules and by using sweep to move messages. I see this function was taken out. Is there another way to move messages in bulk that have already hit my inbox to another folder?

I found it, You need to go to Move to.. then all the way at the bottom is where it is located :)

When I read the top line I wanted to slap you :P (you're an ADMIN, I didn't notice, REALLY SORRY!!!) , but great that you found it. You can create manual rules by going into settings.
Also can set filters to automatically categorise mails based on rules.

hahaha :)

I usually cleaned up my email once per year and everything was under sweep last time :)

Now if I can figure out how to clean up my contacts, the People Hub on Outlook.com is a joke. I am thinking of putting all my contacts on gmail "gulp"
