Switching between different keyboards/alphabets

Hi all,

I am Bulgarian living in USA and as such have two keyboards installed on my devices - Bulgarian and English. Before Windows 10 I had Windows 7. In Win7, every program used to remember the keyboard I last used - for example I do my work in Excel in English and I type in Skype in Bulgarian. When I switch to Skype, the kbd automatically goes to Bulgarian. Then when I switch to Excel, the keyboard automatically goes to English. That is not the same in Win10 - the keyboard stays the same when I switch between programs unless I manually change it, which is pretty annoying... Does anyone know by chance if I can make it work like in Win7?

OS language would be set in settings while for office, it would be in the program options - you've done that and it doesn't stick?
