Can't sync my virgin e-mails since the 8.1 update. Just keeps saying syncing and greyed out so can't get in to fiddle with settings. OK now I'm on wireless but concerned about data use when I get outside, plus I want my emails!
Any resolution? I am having the same problem on my 1520 with 8.1 DP. Gmail wont sync on auto, outlook is fine. Phone gets warm and runs the battery down trying to sync.
