first , i am sorry for my bad english because am arab

i have a question ... my lumia 520 show that system takes 2.4 GB when i check it from storage sense but it show only 1.9 GB when i check from Lumia storage check .. which one is the right ?

Storage sense is the correct one. After 8.1 update, my lumia storage ckeck showed me that my settings took about 400 MB and many apps were missing from the list.

You should try uninstalling the storage check by using this method, How to uninstall any OEM app on Windows Phone 8 or 8.1 | Windows Phone Central.
You can install it back again as written in the article.

thanks .. but can i know how much GB takes the new windows phone 8.1 update in all lumia devices ?

The download is about 400MB and after installation it take up about total of 700MB. I'm not really very sure.
