Text Mesage backup issues

Is anyone having issues with syncing when you have the text message backup option enabled? I recently started running into this issue when syncing emails etc. It would just say the connection timeout error and throws a hex code. When I lookup the hex code it says time out. But when I go to settings, backup and undo the backup text messages option, it works fine no problem with sync or anything. Been going on for a couple of weeks now. I have reset my device, factor default reset, went as far as to go into my windowsphone.com account, delete my device from my account and start over from scratch and still same thing.

Cool! So no official fix I see out there. I have tried what they have done as well. no love still. so for now, no txt message backups
