the screen on my 640lte has developed a blacked out area

this covers the lower half ,a quarter of the screen across
the rest of the lower half has grey tint.
have tried reboot etc.

Did you fall phone or spilled liquid on it? Try removing battery some minute

you might need to take it for repairs if it fell down and broke
