There's gotta be another way of updating a cheap windows 8 tablet to windows 10

So I've been trying to upgrade this cheap 8 inch Toshiba that only has 16gb? But upgrading requires this tablet to have at least 10 gb. And what sucks is that the updates alone to this tablet ate as much as 75% of the gigs. I only have 3 gigs left

Keep in mind that I have no media files on it, apps, or programs installed.

I Know there is an option out there like downloading the windows 10 off microsoft site and installing it through an external harddrive. I'm just so glad I have a microUSB to USB converter because this tablet doesn't have a USB plug.

Can someone please provide me the windows 10 download link or the instruction on how to do this properly. I can't find it.
