Thunderbolt USB Type C on the next Surface Book

Hi Dan,
I've read your articles about the lack of USB Type C on the Surface Laptop and new Surface Pro but what about the next iteration of the Surface Book?
I would guess the base would provide enough space to fully integrate USB Type C.

I think the next Surface Book would have USB-C tb3 and would ship with the fall creators update, in october 2017, with new details about redstone 4, hololens, maybe a surface studio update and what's next for Windows 10 on ARM

Edit: As Intel will integrate tb3 directly into the cpu
