Toca apps on 640? Won't load but work great on 928?

I have a Nokia 640 basically for my kids to use and it has worked great for the most part. One thing that has not though is several of the apps from Toca (Toca Kitchen, Hair, Town, ect...) The apps all work great on my 928 though. The 928 was a higher end phone when it was released but is much older than the 640. Could it just be that the 640 is not up to the task? Anyone know how the specs stack up between the two? Thanks

are both the 928 and 640 on the same OS?

They are both on the same build of Windows 10 mobile. I ended up emailing Toca directly also to see what they have to say. From the specs, if it worked on one, I'd expect it to work on the other.

so these apps do not install or do not work after installing?

The apps will install fine. Once they are installed, they will open but then nothing works after that. You just sit on the start screen. It loads and runs fine on my 928.

Not sure what the problem could be-hope you hear from the developers soon about this
