I had the same problem. I'll be damn if I can remember what the problem was. I will message you the solution when I remember. It was something simple my brain just doesn't work as well as it should.

try this:
1. Unpin store tile
2. Delete IE cache
3. Soft reset phone (hold down power and vol down keys for about 10 secs)
4. Re-pin store tile
5. Wait for at least a day because the store app checks for updates once a day.

- Facebook beta has a new update, and it seems pretty fast. The issue of the white thin line appearing when you click the 3 buttons on top has been fixed also. Hopefully the issue with notifications and live tile update was fixed. So far I haven't seen any problem with it.
- 6tag has another update where the Capture button has been changed to a camera shutter.

try this:
