Offline maps for Nokia HERE Maps have been updated globally.

Note: the HERE Maps app was not updated, just the map data. Map data may be updated either thru the app HERE Maps: '...' | download maps ; or thru wp8 Settings: Settings | Applications | Maps | 'check for updates'

- Traffic now works for me whereas previously it did not. Not sure if that's a product of the map data or just a resolution of an app glitch/operator error from before.
