that's what u think.
its generally handy and time saving for all to get the links ready.
just think, go to store, search and then download the app, takes at least 2-3 minutes, and now multiply it with all the users who check this thread daily.
rather, post the link, user just clicks it and saves time. it might be just 1-2 minutes for everyone, but put it ll together, it is a good amount of time.
and further, it save mobile data also, which can be used for something else.
i think in this way, maybe because, i post everything from my PC and use mobile app while i am away only. thus, i find it quite easy to post links.
