Don't rush on the new Glance: Weather (MSN Weather), even if displayed correctly on Lock Screen, is not showing on my 1020 Glance Screen. Other users report the same (including on a 1520). I think a bit is missing (FW or OS wise). I don't run GDR1 Preview.

Glance weather is a feature of GDR1. So don't expect if you don't have it.
