not just level 2. I used rp to get to stage 2 and same bug happened with stage 3 unlock

Exactly, they need to fix that. Mine can't advance to level 2 without using the RP. However, my friend can advance to level 2.

Hmm.. I can't advance to level 2 only. However, after using the RP to advance to level 2, I can advance to level 3 without using RP
