Very odd, I've used Vuze for years on my old PC and it always seeded fine, (and still does).
I've copied the same settings for the firewall and the application, and it's just not seeding.
I've installed a different client (utorrent), and again, not seeding.
Even with TorrexPro it's not seeding - I'm pretty good with computers, but this one has got me stumped! everything else has been working fine.
ETA - OK, looks like it was (for some random reason) Windows Defender. Have installed Avast and it's back to normal.
