Track WP8.1 + Lumia Cyan Rollout!

Cyan update completed on Nokia Lumia 1320 in India

As mentioned in earlier posts, I had to revert to WP8 to get Cyan OTA as I was on DP.

The Nokia Software Recovery tool is showing the latest cyan update. So it will directly install cyan or downgrade me to WP8 and then i need to install the update ? I'm confused....

Are you sure it is showing cyan?
Can you provide a screenshot?

Edit: If it is showing cyan, then it will install cyan directly. But, it will erase all your data.

Update: WP8.1 version is 12393 and not 12397 after updating 1320 to Cyan in India. Repeated update checks do not work.

The update of widows phone 8.1 is released in India for Lumia 1320 also yesterday.....I also got that update but it is not mentioned on nokia.com update page that it is available niether on windows phone central....

Australia Optus Network on Nokia 925 .. Lumia Cyan and Windows 8.1 done and installed just now

It depends on what build the ROM was finalized for, once Microsoft restarts the preview program you'll be able to upgrade to the 12400.899 like some of us have

I think the vast majority of people on this forum would disagree with you. A total breakdown in communication from Nokia and MS has led to this frustration.

You seem to have the exact same attitude as MS. If the customer feels frustrated by their communication (or lack of it), it's the customers fault.
Guess what? The real world doesn't work like that. If you get loads of outbursts of whining YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!

not according to the tracker it isn't. UK is still 'under testing' according to that. This is what is going wrong, the lack of communication.

Waiting on L820 myself.
