This has to be one of the worst roll outs Ive ever experienced, it surely cant be one device a week, thats ridiculous... As much as I dislike Android.. you never see Samsung releasing a rom this way.

but i believe you are not even assured to get updates in android even with a high end device right?..except for Nexus devices.

I've used 5 android devices before trying out windows phone, all of the phones got updates and most of them received at least 2+os bumps. Its just that with the amount of phones that some of these manufacturers release some are ignored. In my situation the update scenario wasn't as extreme as it was with other people.

Availability in Latin America - NokiaHey guys, I have a question. I bought this 520 from someone on MercadoLibre (ebay in Venezuela). The phone is unlocked and works perfectly with other carriers but it's from AT&T.

These are the phone's specs:



I want to know if I will ever get Cyan. I checked at my specific carrier and it says "testing" but also noticed tI don't have the latest version.

Availability in Latin America - Nokia

My carrier is Movistar Venezuela, my phone is a Lumia 520.

Since the ROM is AT&T, you'll get the update once AT&T releases it

I am in India with 1320 and DP.
Have downgraded to WP 8 and installing 8.1 now. Did not get the Cyan OTA on DP.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I had a small scare with Nokia software recovery tool as it reported problem after downloading black. Then the software asked to hold down volume down and out key to recover. Thankfully it did and got me back to WP8.

The Nokia Software Recovery tool is showing the latest cyan update. So it will directly install cyan or downgrade me to WP8 and then i need to install the update ? I'm confused....

When I downgraded it showed me the black so I installed it. I think the only option you will have is to install whatever software it shows on the tool
