I'm use windows phone 8.1 preview developer on Lumia 520...can anyone plzz tell me ..if wp 8.1 and cyan release for India....then Will I have to download nd install the full wp 8.1 again????? or jst i have to download nd install some of updates which take me to the cyan?????????

The announcement is not correct. It is not available for Lumia 1320 in France.

This has been my complaint all along. The information has been vague at very best. Even if it is not what we want to hear, a timetable would have made all the difference.

It's already released. You need to revert back to Windows 8.0 if you are running DP 8.1

For me it's the opposite, the excitement/hype/etc is ending when I know the timeframe.

520 hasn't received the update expect Orange in France. At the moment you would need to downgrade as MS hasn't yet released a fix for the Bitlocker bug or resumed the updates for preview phones.
