people have been expecting it for months. I can't see next week being any different.

A lot of phones didn't receive yet Cyan (just like me), so just keep waiting patiently

No! Not yet!!
It's still under testing. May be you'll get the update in this week!!

O2 in the UK have a new twist on this, they say they have tested and approved the update for all phones and that it is now up to Nokia to do the rest....I'm guessing that if Nokia were ever to respond to they would blame the carriers...and round it goes..

AFAICT the update isn't available just yet! But we will get it (eventually)

The screenshot just says something is available for Lumia 1020, does not specify anything.

I should be waiting for a knock on my door from Nokia so they can test my phone. That's why it is taking so long, maybe they are testing each individual phone around the world. Should I put the kettle on?

UPDATE 2014/07/18: The update has been suspended due to an issue with Bitlocker. It will resume soon.

UPDATE 2014/07/26: The update has been resumed.

Does this mean that the update should be available to those with the Developers Preview 8.1 now?

Not yet. The update was resumed only for 8.0 users.
