Windows Phone 8.1 Update brings Cortana to new markets + new features

just released from MS - but guess what is missing...

The fact they are forgetting.
One is only 12% of WP users have 8.1
Two the largest chunk of WP users have 520/521s, that percent would easily go up a ton if Cyan was pushed to them. But nope.

Microsoft is going about this all wrong and very very slowly. e.e

I could come out and say that the Lumia 800 will get the update, so take stuff with a grain of salt and just hope for the best.

lots of people have posted a lot of things, but due to the apparent lock-down on information coming out from MS/Nokia, the truth seems to be no one really knows anything until it actually happens.

Waiting for 8.1 since june earlier they said they gonna release it on 24th july and now july is over still no update MS is really slow.

When I see how Nokia is doing updating their phones, how bad HTC is doing (I'm waiting for my 8X, damn HTC only has 2 devices to update and it's taking forever)... I'm really concerned about the folks that own a Samsung.
