I don't care about Cyan and 8.1 or anything else any more, but I think it's a SHAME MS is keeping silent and no just ONE word out of them for so many people waiting on any news for their phones...

That's what I was saying... "Ok, it's [currently] after [/past] 1PM ET [today]", so I was wondering which phone is going to get the update today if any, since I had not seen any news yet.

Also, generic ET implies the time zone designation at the time of my post, and can be used either during or outside of daylight savings time.

It's developer preview update, you get it on EVERY phone in the world.

The update is for Developer Preview ONLY. So if you sign into DP, you will get 8.1 first, and the update after that.

Without Developer preview you get nothing yet.

The thing is, its not the waiting thats the biggest annoyance.. its the fact that neither MSFT or Nokia wont tell anybody anything and we are all sitting here hitting "phone Update" like planks every few hours.

So far no Cyan on 1020 CV in UK..
