Nobody here knows when it will be available. But, I expect it to roll out before the end of August.

Saying & doing is totally different my friend, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS, but Microsoft is just untrustworthy now.. All talk, no quality.. The Social networking posting users of the official Company (Nokia/Microsoft) have no,idea whatsoever even about what Lumia Cyan update is, they just copy paste what they find..
Nokia WAS the greatest mobile company that EVER existed, by removing their force (firing 18,000 employees), Microsoft has now dug its own grave. Loyal people like me, having used a Nokia Product since decades, will now move on.. There is no Nokia left now..

Bear in mind that's the same Tw*tter feed that stated it would be released in India in the first 2 weeks of July, and then conveniently backtracked their statement. So I wouldn't trust anything it says, personally.

It's not the same twitter account. It was Microsoft India's twitter account who said that WP8.1 will be available in the first two weeks. NOT Nokia India.

And I think even last time somebody tried explaining you this.

The next update should be labelled Nokia Delay. Seriously Microsoft. First Two weeks of July was promised and now we are in the first week of August. That's like a 100% delay. Sheesh. Four Months of Dev. Preview and they still couldn't iron out a proper update for all phones. That's disgusting and disappointing on so many levels.

Despite running this thread, I'm getting increasingly frustrated. The Hong Kong 1520 hasn't received Cyan whereas the rest of the world and Asia Pacific seem to have already. Not good, very annoying.

Asked yesterday from Saunalahti(finnish carrier) at Twitter about the 8.1 update and when will the next Lumia device get the update. They promised to ask about it and get back to me. This is the answer today they got:
