I was just reading some Windows Phone articles on Weave and a headline that reads "Windows Phone 8.1 Preview users will no longer need to downgrade their OS to get Lumia Cyan" was posted at 7:23am this morning on WPCentral. But when I click on the link, the story is gone. Interesting

This is exactly the reason why i hate when people say "Hey guys, MS already released the update to be tested for the carriers, it's up to them so don't blame MS bla bla bla".

Btw, also, so ALL the carriers worldwide met to have a cup of coffee and discuss agreeing on having the same models get cyan at the same time? (f.e. the 925 and 625, the 1520) Don't think so. It is and has been totally up to MS. Shame on them.

yeah I got it, but even DP is cool and works fine, I guess next week or at least MS Patch tuesday Update will come for DP phones, well about the Cyan lot of people reporting nothing special in it, except for camera, we got nothing else but wait...Hi...

Yes but half the time carriers don't know their arse from their elbows with this kind of thing.... according to O2 it's available for all their devices, then they publish a statement saying "12th august". While in reality, only a handful of O2 handsets actually have the update.

Come on Can't believe 520 gets cyan before 1020, so far newer devices got it first... not only that but it's a carrier that gets it before country variant =\

520 probably had ALOT more sales than the 1020, hence the priority for support.
