Still insisting they have run into problems and when re-tested they'll return it (despite last week telling us it was all done and dusted). According to them it "shouldn't be too much longer" whatever the hell that means.

Well just gone back to update 1 temp as when u downgrade then back to update 1, it restores the settings etc. Keep us posted. Knew it be tooooo good for 3!!!! 3 very shady now. Im still awaiting 4g where i live i dont trust what 3 say anymore!!! Followin u on twitter

I don't know the system of update. However I have N925 CV Czech Republic and I got update from the beginning. My guess is that MS has some plan for rolling out that we are not able to understand. May be they are using some "BINGO" system for which and where remained devices are or will be updated. But who knows it?

the update for lumia 920 just rolled out in the middle east , lebanon ... it installed an update patch first then updated to wp8.1. everything seems to work fine and all my previous apps were updated as well. cant wait to try all the new functionalities gdluck to all

According to this link, Cyan for L1020 is now available in the Philippines. However, I'm still seeing "Your phone is up to date. Last checked 2 seconds ago."

I'm still holding on to the info in this link saying that, according to Belfiore, I won't need to downgrade my L1020 just to get the Cyan firmware updates... though it seems that the initial info release wasn't "accurate" and is now being "rewritten."

The update is still not available for Developer Preview users. The only option you have is to downgrade your phone.

I hope this is a hoax, or doesn't reflect global roll out. September is FAR TOO LONG a time for the roll out.

I was feeling hopeful after the mass rollouts yesterday, but it seems that might have just been done to placate people.
