I already update in 1320. But why dont have cortana

Cortana is available only in US. Now they are planning for UK. Later all other regions will be updated.

Depends of country. In Italy is out for 520, 620, 625, 720, 820, 920, 925, 1020, 1320, 1520....

in some European countries 8.1 is available for Lumia 720 users by Vodafone.

Cortana is available in Australia, Canada, China, India,United Kingdom, and the United States. Some in Beta and some in Alpha phase

U hv to use either US(ENG) OR UK(ENG) to use alpha version of Cortana
Like in India

What excuse can they use for unlocked CV phones? They can't say the delay is due to carriers testing, I remember having a similar issue when I had an unlocked Samsung android phone, the unlocked version was the very last on the list to get updates when in theory it should be first.

Exactly, in my country, L520 has cyan for all carriers but for CV, the update isn't available. How can you explain this?

you have to use eng UK...... Eng US wont work for india for cortana alfa
